Jack D. Smith DVM

Dr. Jack Smith established the FOUR CORNERS VETERINARY CLINIC in March of 1988. He is a graduate of the College of Veterinary Medicine at Washington State University.

Prior to Veterinary school, Dr. Smith served in the US Navy onboard a nuclear submarine. Since opening the practice in 1988 he has been actively involved with the Maple Valley Rotary Club; serving over the past 20 years in positions such as president, vice president, treasurer, youth exchange coordinator and auction chairperson. He is a past recipient of the Rotarian of the Year award in the Maple Valley Club.

Dr. Smith has two daughters (Megan and Kallen); two Shih tzus (Moe and Roxy) and a very patient wife (Vivian) to whom he has been married to for over 30 years. He is also an avid WSU Cougar fan who has a few Husky (and yes, even Duck) friends.

Brooke B. Evans DVM

Dr. Brooke Evans completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Washington, earning a B.A. in Speech Pathology and Audiology in 1978, and a B.F.A. in Photography in 1990. After a lengthy career as a paralegal, Dr. Evans decided to change direction and was accepted into the College of Veterinary Medicine at Washington State University. She received her DVM in 1999.

Dr. Evans enjoys cooking and dining with friends and family, wine-tasting, and travel. She has volunteered her time and services at the Doney Memorial Pet Clinic in Seattle which provides free veterinary care to those less fortunate. Dr. Evans shares her home with five felines, (Andy, Eddie, Christopher, Rusty, and Pom.)

Jodi K. Clemmons LVT

Jodi Clemmons has been working in the veterinary field since 1980 when she started as a kennel helper. She received an AA degree in Veterinary Technology in 1986 from Purdue University and has been employed as a veterinary technician in Florida and Washington state. Jodi also ran her own pet sitting business for three years. She received her NAVTA certification in 2006.

Jodi is married and guardian to five rescued kitties, a lab mix, a singing coonhound mix, and a Plott hound with social issues. She has volunteered at the Doney Memorial Pet Clinic that provides free veterinary care for those less fortunate and is an avid hiker. She also enjoys skiing, bicycling, reading and traveling.
